The Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College and General Hospital was founded in 1964 and is a well-known government institution. The 'Victim Care Facility' and a state-of-the-art emergency centre have been the principal functions of Lokmanya Tilak Municipal General Hospital. It was India's first trauma service, and it has been 'on the alert' for calamities ever since. The Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College has completed 53 years of undergraduate medical education and 40 years of postgraduate medical education with a variety of degrees. The Center's staff company combined with a new research firm to foster inter-departmental collaboration and create a new research platform for researchers to present and publish their findings. Many groups of students have withdrawn from teaching at Lokmanya Tilak Municipal medical college and general hospital, which is affiliated with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. Admission Eligibility

Students seeking admission to this college must be 17 years old by December 31st of the admission year. Students with a minimum of 50 percent in science subjects, including biology or biotechnology, as well as physics and chemistry, are eligible (in the case of SC/ST students, 40 percent in board examinations; 45 percent for OBC students). It is also mandatory for students to take the National Eligibility and Entrance Examination (NEET) .

Admission Eligibility:

If you want to get an MBBS, you must take the National Qualification and Entry Examination (NEET) administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA) after you finish grade 12. All government, private, intermediate, and tertiary universities will be based on NEET schools, and seats will be granted on an advising basis based on merit results/standards, college preferences, and available seats.

It presently employs a maximum of 300 people, including 550 graduate students, who are responsible for around 16 lakh OPD patients and more than 60000 admissions each year.
