Government Medical College, Akola

is a well-known government medical college that was founded in 2002. This was done in front of Mr.digvijay Khanvilkar in honor of the former Minister Shri. Sushil Kumar Shinde's hands. One of the city's high points is the Akola Government Medical Institute. Survopchar Rugnalaya-Multispeciality Hospital, the affiliated teaching hospital, was previously known as the Central Hospital. This location is close to Ashok Vaatika Square. The Medical College and Hospital serve the inhabitants of Akola as well as the poor in the city's four districts. Developing realistic ideas and concerns for initiating criminal investigations and medical-legal issue assessment and documentation / Injury reporting and age ability to complete sexual assault tests and drinking testing capacity to keep track of pertinent information from medical tests and the law's ability to spot important post-mortem discoveries in common unnatural deaths Diagnosis and treatment of both common and chronic toxic conditions. The Medical Council of India has recognized the government medical college, which is connected with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in Nashik (MCI).

Students seeking admission to this college must be 17 years old by December 31st of the admission year. Admission Eligibility:

If you want to get an MBBS, you must take the National Qualification and Entry Examination (NEET) administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA) after you finish grade 12. All government, private, intermediate, and tertiary universities will be based on NEET schools, and seats will be granted on an advising basis based on merit results/standards, college preferences, and available seats.

Infrastructure:

Hostel:

Male and female students have separate hostels with fully equipped furniture. There are 179 rooms in the Boy Hostel and 125 rooms in the Girl Hostel. There are five female-only hostels available. These amenities and hostel rooms may accommodate two students in a single room. There are 114 rooms in the Residence Hostel. The Akola Teaching Medical College Government Hospital is one of the city's main hospitals, serving Akola as well as the poorest residents of the city's four districts.
