The Catholic Diocese of Mangalore owns the Father Muller charity organisations, which includes Father Medical College. The institution began offering UG/PG courses in 1991, and the MBBS programme began in 1999. This college is run by the Catholic Church and is open to persons of all faiths, races, and communities. Admission Eligibility:

Students seeking admission to this college must be 17 years old by December 31st of the admission year. Students with a minimum of 50 percent in science subjects, including biology or biotechnology, as well as Physics and Chemistry, are eligible (in the case of SC/ST students, 40 percent in board examinations; 45 percent for OBC students). It is also mandatory for students to take the National Eligibility and Entrance Examination (NEET) .

Admission Eligibility:

A student seeking admission to a post-graduate programme must have earned an MBBS from a recognised university. Then, as per Section 10 (D) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, NEET-PG is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the single admission test to various MD/MS Courses.

Medical School of Father Muller, is one of Bangalore's oldest hospitals, located approximately one kilometre from the National Highway-17, Mumbai-Mangalore Highway near Kankanady, Mangalore. This Medical College campus has grown to almost 93,000 square metres. The college buildings cover around 48,000 square metres, including distinct Hostel and residential complex blocks. Separate hospital buildings with OPD blocks are offered in 45,000 square metres.

Anti- Ragging: - Any disorderly behavior, whether via words said or written, or by an act, that has the effect of taunting, treating, or dealing a fresher or junior student with rudeness.

Health Care Services: - Medical services range from simple cold, virus, and minor injury treatment at less complete institutions to comprehensive lab tests, X-rays, specialists, and pharmacies at the most comprehensive centers. Counseling services are available in many campus health Programmed.

Counselling Service: - The 'Counseling Service' is for persons who are experiencing emotional or behavioural issues. or addiction, or certain health concerns such as HIV/AIDS, but the fact is that people of all types seek Counselling, and this does not imply that they are "crazy" or "weak."

Hostel: - Students may arrive two days ahead to the commencement of the academic semester and must exit Residential rooms within two days of the completion of regular exams. Rooms have a bed, a table, a chair, and almirahs. Mess with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.

Report: - A student must offer a narrative of an event or report facts from a book, article, or other source in a college report. While some research may be required when writing a report, it is mostly a document that asks you to understand rather than obtain the data on which you report.

How to reach us:

Father Muller Medical College is located in Managalore, Karnataka's southernmost city, some 352 kilometres west of the state capital, Bangalore. The institution is located 8 kilometres from Mangalore, which is one of Karnataka's major towns and is well connected to the rest of the state by all modes of transportation. Because the institution is located within a city and approximately 4 kilometres from the major bus terminal, regular transportation services such as buses and taxis are available around the clock.

Mangalore has a train crossing that provides strong communication with the rest of the state and the rest of the country. It is located 2.6 kilometres from the campus and takes 10 minutes to go to. In addition, Mangalore International Airport, which is 14 kilometres from the campus and takes around 30 minutes to get, is the closest airport.
