is a famous medical school that was founded in 1999. In the year 2009, the Yenepoya Medical College was designated as a constituent college of Yenepoya University (a deemed-to-be university under section 3(A) of the UGC Act 1956 as per notification number F 9-11/2007 U-3 dated February 27, 2007). With effect from the Academic Year 2011, the Medical Council of India allowed the College to accept 150 students to the MBBS Course. This medical college aspires to be one of the country's top medical schools, based on our education, scientific research, and health-care delivery. We strive to provide outstanding clinical care that is both comprehensive and affordable, and delivered compassionately, appropriately, responsibly, and efficiently. Admission Eligibility:

Students seeking admission to this college must be 17 years old by December 31st of the admission year. Students with a minimum of 50 percent in science subjects, including biology or biotechnology, as well as Physics and Chemistry, are eligible (in the case of SC/ST students, 40 percent in board examinations; 45 percent for OBC students). It is also mandatory for students to take the National Eligibility and Entrance Examination (NTA) .

Admission Eligibility:

A student seeking admission to a post-graduate programme must have earned an MBBS from a recognised university. Then, as per Section 10 (D) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, NEET-PG is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the single admission test to various MD/MS Courses.

The college is dedicated to biodiversity protection and lowering the effect of local health care services. The eco-friendly approach is evident in the University's dedication to non-smoking, non-plastic, clean and green campus. Water conservation, the use of alternative energy sources, solid waste management, the installation of vermicomposting, the development of green belts, and sustainable architecture projects are all being worked on on campus. Solar panels and a rainwater harvesting pond are among the features on the campus that cut energy usage and make use of renewable natural resources. The groundwater table is replenished and water is provided during the sinking by a big pool within the compass. The campus hospital is a Multispecialty Medical College teaching facility that provides a wide variety of expert and advanced specialised services to a large number of patients. Hostel: - Students may arrive two days ahead to the commencement of the academic semester and must exit Residential rooms within two days of the completion of regular exams. Rooms have a bed, a table, a chair, and almirahs. Mess with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.

Report: - A student must offer a narrative of an event or report facts from a book, article, or other source in a college report. While some research may be required when writing a report, it is mostly a document that asks you to understand rather than obtain the data on which you report.

Yenepoya Medical College is located in Mangalore, Karnataka's southernmost city, 352 kilometres west of Bangalore, the state capital. The institution is located 17.5 kilometres from Mangalore, which is one of Karnataka's main towns and is well connected to the rest of the country by all modes of transportation. The institution is 17 kilometres from the major bus station, and buses and taxis provide frequent transportation to the campus. Mangalore has a Central Railway Junction that is well connected to the rest of the state and the nation, and is only 12 kilometres away from the campus.
