Admission Eligibility:

Students seeking admission to this college must be 17 years old by December 31st of the admission year. Students with a minimum of 50 percent in science subjects, including biology or biotechnology, as well as Physics and Chemistry, are eligible (in the case of SC/ST students, 40 percent in board examinations; 45 percent for OBC students). It is also mandatory for students to take the National Eligibility and Entrance Examination (NEET) .

Sri Muthukumaran Medical College required the campus to include a hospital, which was constructed in 2007. Today, it is a six-story higher education hospital known as Multispecialty tertiary care, which provides health treatment not only to the local community but also to individuals from all over the region. All medical and surgical experts, as well as highly-trained doctors, work together to offer the greatest medical treatment for the poor and needy under one roof. Sri Muthukumaran Medical College Hospital is now a NABH-accredited facility, as well as a KAYAKALP-accredited facility.

Hostel: - Students may arrive two days ahead to the commencement of the academic semester and must exit Residential rooms within two days of the completion of regular exams. Rooms have a bed, a table, a chair, and almirahs. Mess with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.

Report: - A student must offer a narrative of an event or report facts from a book, article, or other source in a college report. While some research may be required when writing a report, it is mostly a document that asks you to understand rather than obtain the data on which you report.
