Shadan Institute of Medical Science is located in Telangana famous city of Peerancheru. This medical complex is more than 26 acres in size, well-ventilated, large, and has a pleasant ambiance. Shadan Medical College is 4 kilometres from Langar House on Himayat Sagar Road, on an open campus with an affiliated Teaching Hospital, several Boys and Girls Hostels, Teaching Staff Groups, Uneducated Staff Quarts, Quarterly Staff Nurses and Residents. Interns' quarters are also available. The College's teaching programme and classes are well-developed. There are 275 highly educated and experienced teaching professionals on staff, as well as some non-teaching professionals, management professionals, and other professional employees. There are two test halls, one with 398 square metres and the other with 586 square metres, each with 150 seats. The College includes four student halls, each with a capacity of 200 students. Standard rooms with connected bathrooms are provided, with a standard boy's room of 250 square metres and a standard girl's room measuring 170 square metres.

The Medical College Library is 2,425 square meters with a capacity of 150 students. Contains 12,266 books and 100 journals (70 Indian +30 Foreign) in both subject and research related and national journals and other journals. Laboratory:

Hostel:
