Ruxmaniben Deepchand Gardi Medical Institution, Ujjain

was founded in 2001 and is the first private medical college in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. In 1997, a devoted group of trustees envisioned and initiated the Medical College initiative, which resulted in the establishment of RD Gardi Medical College (RDGMC), Madhya Pradesh's first autonomous medical college, in 2001. The Indian Medical Council and the Government of India's Ministry of Health and Family Welfare have both given the RDGMC its seal of approval. This institution was founded with the goal of providing the best medical education to students, exposing them to renowned national and international faculty, motivating them to conduct research, and developing competent clinicians who can treat patients in India's most remote villages as well as the world's most advanced hospitals. The National Medical Committee recognises this medical college that is associated with Vikram University in Ujjain (NMC).

Admission Eligibility:

Students seeking admission to this college must be 17 years old by December 31st of the admission year. Students with a minimum of 50 percent in science subjects, including biology or biotechnology, as well as Physics and Chemistry, are eligible (in the case of SC/ST students, 40 percent in board examinations; 45 percent for OBC students). It is also mandatory for students to take the National Eligibility and Entrance Examination (NEET) .

A student seeking admission to a post-graduate programme must have earned an MBBS from a recognised university. Then, as per Section 10 (D) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, NEET-PG is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the single admission test to various MD/MS Courses.

The Medical College is a masterpiece of architecture, with its spectacular architecture and beautiful surroundings blurring the lines between everything. The environment provides a comfortable study centre for students from all over the world, as it is located in an excellent position away from the hustle and bustle of city traffic. All of the pre-clinical, para-clinical, and administrative departments are housed in the Medical College building. A member's office area, display halls, several labs, and a museum are available to all departments. According to MCI standards, the college features academic theatre, an examination hall, and a hall. The college also have hostel inside the campus, providing proper care for the student, which feels like a home away from home. Facilities inside the campus includes, General Medicine, library, sports complex, laboratories, Auditorium and many more to take care of the students’ needs and requirements.

About Hospital:

The campus's hospital receives training at the renowned Ujjain Charitable Trust & Research Center, a 400-bed, multi-function hospital run by the trust. The hospital was founded in 1992 and serves patients from as far as 200 miles [200 kilometres] away from Ujjain. We were the first hospital in the state of M.P. to build a world-class CT scanner and a lamellar air-flow operating theatre. It is also the first and only hospital in the Ujjain Division to offer haemodialysis, electrocardiography, gastroscopy, cystoscopy, and neurosurgery. The inpatient hospital has seven levels and is built on current patient care principles.

Another 720-bed world-class hospital at the medical institution, was opened in 2001, provides nearly free services to patients. Counselling Service: - The 'Counseling Service' is for persons who are experiencing emotional or behavioural issues. or addiction, or certain health concerns such as HIV/AIDS, but the fact is that people of all types seek Counselling, and this does not imply that they are "crazy" or "weak."

Hostel: - Students may arrive two days ahead to the commencement of the academic semester and must exit Residential rooms within two days of the completion of regular exams. Rooms have a bed, a table, a chair, and almirahs. Mess with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.

Report: - A student must offer a narrative of an event or report facts from a book, article, or other source in a college report. While some research may be required when writing a report, it is mostly a document that asks you to understand rather than obtain the data on which you report.
