Prathima Institute of Medical Science is located in Hyderabad's Karimnagar neighbourhood. This Medical College is comprised of academic buildings totaling 22,687 square metres and a dormitory residential complex of 47,569 square metres for both boys and females students. There is a library, a hall, exam halls, lecture halls, halls, and canteens, among other things, in the college building.
