Melmaruvathur Adiparasakthi Institute of Medical Science, Melmaruvathur

is a famous medical school that was founded in 2008. The Institute has evolved from a primary care provider to a tertiary care provider, providing all health care services to the society, including primary, secondary, and tertiary care. The hospital offers a variety of clinical specialties as well as outpatient and inpatient treatments, all of which are offered free of charge. The National Medical Committee has recognised this medical college, which is associated with the Tamilnadu Dr MGR Medical University in Chennai (NMC).

Admission Eligibility:

Students seeking admission to this college must be 17 years old by December 31st of the admission year. Students with a minimum of 50 percent in science subjects, including biology or biotechnology, as well as Physics and Chemistry, are eligible (in the case of SC/ST students, 40 percent in board examinations; 45 percent for OBC students). It is also mandatory for students to take the National Eligibility and Entrance Examination (NEET) .

Admission Eligibility:

A student seeking admission to a post-graduate programme must have earned an MBBS from a recognised university. Then, as per Section 10 (D) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, NEET-PG is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the single admission test to various MD/MS Courses.

Melmaruvathur Adiparasakthi Institute of Medical Science is situated in the beautiful city of Tamil Nadu, Melmaruvathur. The campus is spreads over an area of several acres, covered with greenery; trees and a beautiful environment are available to provide better education and community health care facilities. The college has four Teaching Campuses on a multi-departmental campus with 200 students in each study hall. A cool air test semester for a college semester can accommodate 375 students. There are eight functional labs with well-trained students with good teaching facilities and the presence of professionals who will take care of the facilities. There are 700 teaching centers operating in various departments with good experience. The central library was built according to national standards in part of our institutional building. Spread out on two floors and 2400 sqm special collection of books, journals & non-textbooks for basic science, dentistry, nursing and physiotherapy etc. The collection is packed with 12923 volumes of CD CD / DVD. The central library registers national and international 100 journals annually and has an EJ (electronic journal server), DELNET (Developing Library Network) and a member of the organization MALA (Madras Library Association) and SALIS (society). to improve the library and information science.

Hostel: - Students may arrive two days ahead to the commencement of the academic semester and must exit Residential rooms within two days of the completion of regular exams. Rooms have a bed, a table, a chair, and almirahs. Mess with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.
