Mahaveer Institute of Medical College, Bhopal

is a brand new medical school that opened its doors in the year 2020. It is a facility created by the Bhopal-based Jain Sarvodaya Vidhya Gyanpith Samiti, a community that was founded in 1973 and registered with the Madhya Pradesh Societies Registrikaran Adhiniyam. Through Jain Sarvodaya Vidhya Gyanpith, the Association for the Poor, which brings together prominent people from the medical, political, administrative, judicial, industrial, and other sectors, the institution aspires to provide excellent medical and health education services, resulting in physical, mental, and intellectual development. The National Medical Committee recognises this medical college, which is associated with Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University (NMC).

Admission Eligibility:

Students seeking admission to this college must be 17 years old by December 31st of the admission year. Students with a minimum of 50 percent in science subjects, including biology or biotechnology, as well as Physics and Chemistry, are eligible (in the case of SC/ST students, 40 percent in board examinations; 45 percent for OBC students). It is also mandatory for students to take the National Eligibility and Entrance Examination (NEET) .

Infrastructure:

 Mahaveer Institute of Medical College is located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh's capital city. The institution is situated on 37 acres of land and is surrounded by lush nature. The institution provides students with a fantastic learning environment in which they may study, observe, practise, and perfect the necessary abilities. Men's and Women's Hostels, Staff Houses, Guest House, General Hospital, Animal House, Play Ground, and Canteen are all located on the grounds of the Medical College. The medical college covers an area of 80000 square metres. This Medical College is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on all working days, and the General Hospital is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for all emergency services. The inspection hall is 1030 square metres in size and can accommodate 750 people. The center maintains a peaceful atmosphere on campus by having an anti-Ragging committee. There are 4 Lecture Theaters available for 200 people living in one Teaching 

About Hospital:

The campus hospital has been delivering high-quality care to rural residents. This is one of the area's most well-known hospitals. This hospital's Victim Department is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The OBG department has a separate emergency department that is attached to the staff room. This facility is also connected to O.T. emergencies and is well-equipped with anaesthesia, rehabilitation, doctors on call 24 hours a day, and surgical equipment. This Institutional Hospital provides complete OPD services as well as health treatment to individuals of all ages. General Medicine, General Surgery, OBG, Dermatology, Paediatrics, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Psychiatry, and Dentistry, as well as all institutions, make up the OPD. The General OPD operates from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM until Monday through Saturday.

Anti- Ragging: - Any disorderly behavior, whether via words said or written, or by an act, that has the effect of taunting, treating, or dealing a fresher or junior student with rudeness.

Health Care Services: - Medical services range from simple cold, virus, and minor injury treatment at less complete institutions to comprehensive lab tests, X-rays, specialists, and pharmacies at the most comprehensive centers. Counseling services are available in many campus health Programmed.

Counselling Service: - The 'Counseling Service' is for persons who are experiencing emotional or behavioural issues. or addiction, or certain health concerns such as HIV/AIDS, but the fact is that people of all types seek Counselling, and this does not imply that they are "crazy" or "weak."

Hostel: - Students may arrive two days ahead to the commencement of the academic semester and must exit Residential rooms within two days of the completion of regular exams. Rooms have a bed, a table, a chair, and almirahs. Mess with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.

Report: - A student must offer a narrative of an event or report facts from a book, article, or other source in a college report. While some research may be required when writing a report, it is mostly a document that asks you to understand rather than obtain the data on which you report.

From the Mahavir Institute of Medical Science to the Vikarabad Bus Station takes 4.5 km via Mahaveer Hospital and a 12-minute drive. The Vikarabad railway station can be reached from Mahavir Medical College in 15 minutes by walking 5 km via Mahaveer Hospital.
