The Konaseema Institute of Medical Sciences is located in the beautiful city of Amala Puram in the state of Andhra Pradesh. This Medical College is situated on 25.18 acres of beautiful green, environmentally favorable land. The Hostel, residential block, and hospital buildings are all created individually, and the overall size of the College structures is roughly 20,350 Sq.mt.
The Medical College Examination Hall and the hall are 1600 square metres in size and can seat 500 students. In the college building, there are five teaching halls, four academic halls with 180 students each, and one available lecture hall that can seat 350 people. In the hospital area, there is one academy with 200 pupils. Air conditioning, as well as audio and video capabilities, is available in these gallery-style lecture halls. Male and female students can choose from a variety of basic rooms with associated restrooms.
The center's central library has a floor size of 2400 square metres and is air-conditioned. From 9 a.m. until 12 p.m., this library is open. The Konaseema Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital covers a total space of 28,240 square metres and contains an OPD block as well as treatment visits for 1800 outpatient patients. The relevant medical department of this teaching hospital has 790 beds available, and 85 percent of those beds are constantly occupied by patients.
