The GMC Thrissur Library has an excellent collection of 18303 books containing journals including 47 Indian journals and 568 student journals. In addition, the library provides 20 computers online.
The college contains two exam halls, each with a capacity of 150 people and a total size of 200 square metres. There are also six subject theatres available. Five of them are in college and one is in a hospital, and they all have video listening equipment. All of the college's lecture theatres can hold 200 people, and the hospital can hold 100. GMC also includes a regular room for boys and girls with an adjoining toilet.
The campus hospital has 836 beds and is organised into departments such as psychiatry, dermatology, general surgery, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, ENT, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and so on. The hospital also has a primary contraception department, a blood bank, and a pharmacy.
Radiological services such as X-ray, Ultrasonography, Barium, IVP, and CT scan are available at the hospital. It includes 13 operating rooms and 6 smaller operating rooms that perform 24 major and 36 minor surgeries. A stage in the computer-assisted medical record-keeping process. Intercom, Central Laundry, Kitchen, Canteen, Bio medical waste management, and a central research laboratory are among the non-clinical amenities at GMC Thrissur Hospital.

Hostel: - Students may arrive two days ahead to the commencement of the academic semester and must exit Residential rooms within two days of the completion of regular exams. Rooms have a bed, a table, a chair, and almirahs. Mess with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.
