This Government Medical College is located in Pariyaram, Kerala's most beautiful city. This college's campus is 119 acres and is surrounded by natural vegetation. The Central Library of the Academy of Medical Sciences has an E-Library that is staffed 24 hours a day. This library covers an area of 12283 square metres. This Library has a total of 17499 medical textbooks, over 100 journals (including the background volume of 88 foreign and 31 Indian journals), and 500 medical CDs. Students in a 96-seat classroom and a 40-seat classroom outside. A total of 22 power outlets are available in the resident and PG classrooms. Pariyaram Medical College has audio-visual equipment, as well as computers with internet access and Xerox machines. At this library, there is an uninterruptible power supply.
The Academy of Medical Sciences has Five Educational Halls with beautiful and open furniture each seating 150 people. Of these, 1 theater is a type of gallery with 150 powers. ACMS Hospital has a 36-bed staff room with CTG Obstetrics & Gynecology. 29 beds are used in the intensive care unit with well-equipped Ventilators, Pulse Oxymeter and Cardiac Monitors. Central Causality Services has 20 beds. There are 7 beds assigned to the Pre Aneasthetic and the Pre-Operative case, 7 for post-operative operating rooms.
