In terms of the medical advisory committee, the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tamil Nadu will provide psychological counseling for the Tamil Nadu region for MBBS / BDS 2021 admission. Of these approximately 17 new medical colleges Tamil Nadu received approval for the 2021-22 sessions. Of these 17 medical colleges there are 6 private medical colleges and 11 Government medical colleges. There are currently 64 medical colleges in the province of Tamil Nadu.
